Master Mixologist & Partner
Mixologist and partner Juyoung Kang, previously of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, heads up the bar programme. The menu is shaped by her ‘globally inspired, deeply intentional approach to cocktails’.
The menu includes cocktails like Howling Wolves, a Sour featuring Japanese whisky, Sherry and cantaloupe. Bird’s Eye View is a riff on an Americano with a ‘tropical edge’, blending a bitter aperitif with Vermouth di Torino, passion fruit, coconut, and bird’s eye chilli.
Meanwhile, Nine Countries, which honours the nine ancient provinces of Japan, combines mezcal with honeydew cordial, yuzu juice and green yuzu-koshō.

No, Doberman has limited reservations daily that will be open to the public.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH BECOMING A MEMBER?
Membership includes exclusive access to members-only concierge, events, menus of rare spirits and wines, a curated monthly gift, VIP seating, guest passes, and complimentary valet.
WHAT ARE DOBERMAN’S RESERVATION GUIDELINES?
Reservations cannot be combined. A maximum of 6 guests is permitted per reservation when booked in advance. Splitting parties into multiple reservations to circumvent guest limits is prohibited and may result in cancellation and applicable fees.
Dress Code
To maintain the ambiance and standards of our lounge, we kindly ask that all members and their guests adhere to the following dress guidelines: Dressy casual attire is required. The following are not permitted: flip-flops, beachwear, swimwear, snapback hats and athletic wear. Footwear must meet elevated dinner standards. Entry may be declined at the sole discretion of our front desk team. Please ensure that any guests you invite are informed of the dress code in advance.
Photography
Photography and videography on premises are strictly forbidden in all areas. Taking photos or posting on social media is also prohibited while on premises. Both laptops and headphones are not permitted.

All guests visiting the Club must be at least 21 years old.
